For International Patients/Customers
Every country has its own shipping policy and restrictions on incoming packages from other countries. Please check with your specific country for any restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country on receiving the package. In some countries, 3-4 % of taxes are charged on delivery, which is rare but possible.
In case the package is not cleared by customs or not delivered because of any reason company is liable to refund once the company receives the package back at its end. The company is not supposed to refund the shipping or other handling charges(ie. US $ 40).
For Indian Patients/Customers
In case of the package returned ‘with medicines and products in good condition within 7 days of the package received at the customer end, the company will refund the amount paid by the customer. Only the courier and handling charges(ie. Rs. 225/-) will be deducted as levied by the courier company.
We have a strict NO REFUND POLICY if products are returned by the customer after more than 10 days package received at the customer end. If the package was not delivered due to any reason, the company will resend the package again.
How will I get the refund?
In case of a return/ replacement/ refund, we process the refund within 5-7 days from the date when the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 5-7 days from the date of us receiving the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 5-7 days from the date of us receiving the products back as well as receiving your bank details on e-mail. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

We keep our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy under review to make sure it is up to date and accurate. We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.
